| Horizontal Alignment Planning Guide Feedback Form - This document is available to campus administrators, lead teachers, grade-level chairpersons, and other professional learning communities when reviewing the planning guides. The feedback received from these forms is utilized in the construction and revision of curriculum documents during our ongoing development process in order to make the documents more user friendly for teachers who use these documents in planning their lessons and instruction. |
