Promising Results

After the first year of the Apollo 20 three-year program:

  • Math skills acquired by the average Apollo 20 student represent an estimated 3-1/2 months of additional schooling
  • Sixth-grade students, who received dialing math tutoring, gained the equivalent of six additional months of schooling
  • Gains achieved by ninth-grade students ranged between nearly five months to more than nine months of additional learning
