There are other science resources available at the center. ------------ Curriculum Science Notebooks Presentation - This presentation corresponds to the summer CLEAR training and is referenced in each grade level of the Horizontal Alignment Planning Guides (HAPG) - Learning Focus 1 and/or 2.  The PowerPoint and the set-up for the notebooks are critical in setting the format for the use of the interactive notebooks throughout the school year.  Additional information concerning the use of a vocabulary briefcase is included. ------------ Teachers providing science instruction should be acknowledgeable of requirements for laboratory instruction as defined by the State Board of Education in Laboratory and Field Experiences in Texas Schools.
