Joe Chase graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's in Music Education and received his Masters of Education from The University of Houston/CLC with a counseling certification. He was in the first class of Texas teachers to receive the Computer Literacy Certification from the State of Texas. In addition to his 22 years as an educator, Joe worked eight years with the Apple Computer Sales Agent Program as a systems engineer, salesman, and multimedia presenter. He supervised a team of instructional technolgist that developed the Campus Educational Technology Program in Houston ISD and served on the state committee that deveolped the skills framework and test for the MTT program.
